My wife and I Sunday roast beef here. The beef was very tender and came with all the trimmings. We did not book a table but would recommend that you do as it gets very busy. The staff were very friendly and polite. Waited 45...More

Dropped by for a quick afternoon snack, the roast beef sandwich was delicious (that horseradish mayo!) and the ale the bartender helped me pick was great. The staff are really lovely! Nice traditional pub decor, too.

Lovely proper pub in the Lanes. We were only really going to get something to drink but the sharing platter sounded so nice we decided to order. Crab scotch egg was divine. Really nice quality charcuterie and a lovely atmosphere. What more could you want....More

The food is really good and staff is very nice although they might not rush over to get your order so don't be shy. Great area for people watching in the heart of the Lanes.

Five of us visited for lunch on a Sunday. Service friendly and efficient enough, but the food (fish and chips, sausage and mash, veggie option) just all a bit "meh". Nothing particularly wrong with any of it, just can't think of any positives either. Something...More

However popular the North Laine becomes, the heart of Brighton will always remain The Lanes themselves. There are plenty of pubs among the twisting narrow streets, but none is as well known as the Bath Arms, which enjoys a reputation among tourists and locals alike as THE pub of The Lanes.
