We snuck in for pizza at 22:40 after a show and weren’t disappointed. We shared a lovely burrata with bresaola and then a pizza each; both slightly smoky from the over with well balanced flavours. Brilliant friendly service.

Busy restaurant, yet they managed charming service, quick table delivery and rather delicious pizzas. There are only seven pizzas on the menu and they're not your standard varieties, so this format may not please everyone. There are also a few daily meat and veg specials....More

We were very well looked after, the staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. We had starters and a variety of pizzas which were very nice, cannot recommend this place enough. Loved the open kitchen always good to see the chefs working.

Been here many times, birthdays, dates, with mates, everything. Every time we have received excellent service, especially from (who I think was the manager?) the front of house. They were very conscious of the queue and even though the people in front of us went...More

Been to a few pizza places around and this one is by far the best. Lovely customer service, and food was amazing. Portions and quality were extremely good for the price and it’s good to see somewhere promoting healthier options (organic lemonade, green cola etc)....More

Here’s the thing _____ I’ve been frequenting this understated Italian restaurant for a good few years now. And, whenever I’m in Brighton, this is my spot for Pizza. It has to be said, NOTHING, yep ____ NOTHING! Beats this place for a ‘proper’ authentic, Italian...More

If you look on their website FAQs you will see that they don't do a gluten free pizza

My experience was so very different to yours. I've. Been twice now and both times really enjoyed the food. In a different class to Pizzas Express, but guess we all like different things!!

There is outside seating where ur furry child would be fine but I think the inside would be a little too frenetic for a pooch!

Description
The pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough (minimum 20 hours) and is baked in a wood burning 'Tufae' brick oven made on site by specialised artisans from Naples. This oven produces a heat of about 500c (930f). The slow levitation and blast-cooking process lock in the flour's natural aroma and moisture giving a soft, easily digestible crust. As a result, the edge (cornicione) is excellent and shouldn't be discarded.
