Went in for lunch today with my husband. There were 5 other tables already seated with drinks. We ordered hot drinks and food. A few minutes later 3 separate groups came in and sat at tables. We heard people commenting about the time it was taking for food, one tables food came and one of orders was wrong but the... More

Had a late night laugh here earlier in the year. Made the mistake of going back for lunch last week. Needs shutting down. All I can do is echo all of the disgusting food reviews this place has. Need an EHO serving on it and all the staff replacing.

Had the misfortune to opt for this place when we had come out of the cinema. Both my girls (5&8) opted for the ham, egg and chips. We ordered drinks which arrived (1 wrong) but after a few minutes I started to feel unwell (nothing eaten yet so not the food) I got up to speak to the assistant and... More

After we had visited here I read some of the other reviews which seemed to think this place was terrible. All I can say is.... We must have caught them on a good day. We were looking for somewhere for a quick snack in between museum visits and stopped here as it was about half-way to our next stop. There... More

Disgustingly dirty. Tables sticky and grubby. Appalling and disinterested staff. Toilet was filthy and broken..... Oh and outside!! Kitchen separated by a door to toilet so you can hear everything going on inside... Don't even ask!! Took 45 minutes to give us a coffee and a tea and then only because I asked for it. Blonde waitress was dismissive and... More

We unfortunately gave this place our trade. There was only one girl working in the front of house so service was slow and bad. The tables were sticky because they weren't cleaned properly, condiments were all pretty empty because there clearly was not enough organisation or professionalism to fill them up prior to opening. The choice of childrens drinks were... More

POOR - avoid at all costs! Wont be going back! No card machine - no notice to tell us or nor were we told before we ordered for 6. When asking for an itemised receipt they had to hand write it. Only one girl working out front doing everything so service was slow. Food was ok, but did not match... More

Visited this establishment on a Saturday night and I was absolutely appalled. The floors were so slippy you couldn't move two steps without falling over, the toilets looked and smelt absolutely vile. As for the over priced drinks!!! I was served a flat pint and a cheap vodka coke for almost £10!!! Unless you want to be drained of your... More
