Had a fabulous time at The Treasury for my daughters 18th Birthday. We had a really good knowledgable cocktail waiter (Josh) who gave us the history on cocktails and impressed us with his knowledge of flavours and the right mixes. This guy was really passionate about his cocktails. It was really nice to have someone give us the talk and... More

Booked here for mum and I for lunch on Saturday. It's a lovely building and atmosphere and we've been here many times. Ordered the Marlborough Sauvignon blanc - which was lovely - but almost warm so had to ask for ice (to add to glass). Ice quickly received and problem solved but it's an expensive wine to not serve right.... More

We called in for a late snack and even then we had to wait 20 minutes for a baguette with fillings, it was 3.30pm. Food is tasty but they need to buck up on the service.

We booked a table months ago for afternoon tea for 5, as it was the Saturday before Mothers Day - we expected it to be busy. It was a Mothers day treat from me and my nieces, for my Mum (78) and my Stepsister (50+) and ladies of a certain age expect tea (especially at a venue of the Treasury's... More

I have not returned to the Treasury since my last visit six months ago and the memory still lingers. I went with a friend and we ordered two small bottles of Prosecco which were delivered unchilled. I asked for an ice bucket, two mini buckets were brought with ice. I said the bucket must have some water so bottles could... More

It sounded like a great experience. We arrived as a party of 9 for the afternoon tea and cocktails. I would say that it was a lovely affair. However, the service was a bit odd. It was pretty slow. The cocktail waiter tried his best to sell concocted cocktails whilst there is a pretty good cocktail menu already. The girls... More

My husband and I went to The Treasury for our 37th Wedding Anniversary on 17/03/17. We had the Afternoon Tea. The Table was beautifully laid out with china cups and saucers. There was a good choice of teas. We did not wait very long for our pot of tea, our lovely food on a pretty China Cake Stand. The staff... More

We have been coming here for a weekend breakfast for months. In the last three visits we have noticed changes; no quirky milk 'bottle' with tea, cheap cutlery - and I mean cheap - canteen style!! Today, no teapot, just a cup! What next? Supermarket tea bags? It's not as if it is cheap. Please owner, listen carefully to your... More

Recently met here for a working lunch. Service was quick and efficient. Staff very helpful and lunch was well presented, fresh produce. Not over noisy background music, which was a bonus, but at the same time, some unobtrusive background. Will definitely return.
