Nice place but unusual setting, it's just off the side of a industrial road and behind union street in Plymouth. We have been here for Lunch and Breakfast. The Lunch menu and food was good and you get a lot of different choices, but it would not fill someone up if they had a big appetite. I would not go... More

My son is a student in Plymouth and had this place recommended to him. We parked up in Lidl carpark around the corner (don't tell anyone!) and grabbed a table. My son and I have 2 full english breakfasts and my wife had eggs benedict. Too much food really but a treat to mark the end of our visit. The... More

We were taken to this little gem whilst staying with friends. It was one of the nicest breakfasts we have ever had. Home made baked beans, and freshly made bread were just two components of a delicious Full English Breakfast. We will be back....

Last evening we had an amazing meal. It was our third visit and as always the good was first class. For starters we had seafood cocktail and scotch egg - made with black pudding. For main my husband had steak and I had bass with 1 large ravioli. The food was wonderful as was the service. The only points that... More

We come here reasonably regularly and are never disappointed. Im a big fan of the pancakes with syrup but also love the bacon rolls. The bread is delicious! We brought my mother-in-law here for Mother's Day lunch and we all thought the roast dinners were superb. All the food is clearly cooked by a chef who loves his job and... More

I remember reviewing this restaurant in the early days saying how 1 rosette was not enough and it deserved 2. This was some time ago and we finally got to return with friends. It was even better than before and the pricing for such quality is amazing value. High quality produce prepared with care by knowledgeable staff. I didn't think... More

We visited lunchtime as my Daughter is a vegan and Rock Salt claimed to have vegan options. She ordered the falafel burger and after waiting approx 40 minutes, our food turned up minus my Vegan Daughters meal and we were told they were just completing hers. After a few minutes hers arrived with the waitress saying that unfortunately her burger was... More

Went here with friends who highly recommended this restaurant. The location is a bit off the beaten track but it appears to be well known and extremely popular with the locals. Good quality food and some interesting options on the menu. Starter portions quite small, which, although disappointing, does allow room for the generous main course portion size. Desserts okay,...
