Beware of eating here, you are forced to pay a 15% "service charge" if you do not all order drinks which is completely compulsory, the prices online are wrong and misleading. The drinks came watered down and flavourless (orange juice and lemonades) and just tasted like bad water. The plates were filthy and there were hairs in the food, the... More

This has to be one of the worst places i have eaten in! The food was cold and tasted stale. I found the staff very unhelpful and quite frankly rude!! i certainly won't be returning

Not been here for about 10 months and boy has it gone down hill. Food same old same old, no taste, no flavor total tasteless. Beef like old shoe leather and chicken if it was chicken YUK. Sauces were like colored water. Noodles were well over cooked . Pig Slops comes to mind re the food.

We came here for a family birthday. We booked a table for 26 people. On arrival we were shown to our table the restaurant is an old market so in a massive room which feels a bit empty with little atmosphere. The waiter was slow to take our drink order and we were told we would have to go to... More

Gave them a 2nd go & wish we hadn't. Had to wait 15 mins for menu items to arrive after they had run out. Poor food all around noodles & rice were cold & most others like warm. Woman in rubber marigolds walking around wiping every surface with sane cloth thus spreading God knows what everywhere & when carrying food... More

Please do NOT visit between 12noon and 2pm, its very busy (especially the weekend). Most of the staff are "non" British (stated to be truthful) we were showed to a table after a wait of several minutes, but before we sat down we were asked to order drinks! we asked for a large jug of tap water for which we... I was invited to a birthday celebration at Buffet City last Saturday. Having read the reviews I was not expecting much for our party of 12. Credit where it's due - I was really impressed and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Food was hot, fresh and frequently replenished. There was a wide selection and everything I tried was very tasty. I... If you're happy to have hair in your food, be told that it's part of the experience because they can't control the buffet and think that refunding one half coke is acceptable as compensation....crack on I'll be going elsewhere

We generally go to another similar place nearby and wanted to try this one for a change. We were attracted by this restaurant's website, the similar ratings on Tripadvisor and the promise of additional items on the menu which would not be available in the other one. I went there with my three daughters. On the plus side, the price,... More
