Had an early dinner there last night. Very busy with families so maybe go later if that is going to upset you! Great atmosphere though wth so many people there. We sat upstairs which was great as the view of the harbour is superb. Waitress was very friendly and efficient and our drinks came promptly. We ordered our food and... More

Down on holiday and the menu outside looked inviting, with great prices. All members of staff were friendly. The breakfasts and burgers are delicious. Views of the bay from upstairs are lovely. Will definitely be back.

Having frequented this place many times, we love to return. Staff are always very helpful, and we enjoy what's on the menu. Just a shame it wasn't warm enough for the doors to be open! Our waitress brought out a water bowl especially for our dog which was very much appreciated. Will be back.

Tasty burgers at The Hub accompanied by great drinks! Always busy but excellent service still remains, staff very tentative and food was delicious - will be returning.

I loved this restaurant from start to finish. Concept is well thought out and consistently applied. Great attentive service, great choice of drinks and food to die for. Best burger we've had in Cornwall. You can tell a lot about a burger from the buns (If it's a ciabatta bun then run away!), and these were lovely brioche - soft,... More

Food is amazing and plenty of it. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty to choose from the the food and drinks menu. There is a balcony and some outside seating. The place is always busy which is a good sign.

We have visited HB in Truro and St Austell many times and never been dissapointed. St Ives lived up to this. Excellent staff, seated straight away. Its been a few months since we last visitd a HB and I think the menu may have changed as from memory we used to order fries seperately and there seemed to be alot... More

Description
The Hub St Ives is situated in the heart of the town, we are a well established feature on the harbour front and an essential stop off for great coffee, fabulous cakes and amazing food. In the evening we are the ideal place for fantastic burgers or just to sip cocktails or sample one of our local and international craft beers and watch the world go by. We have a modern menu of really delicious burgers made in house from aged Cornish rare breed beef supplied by the fabulous Phillip Warrens of Launceston. Lobster Rolls when in season and daily seasonal specials. Our hot dogs are New York style but produced in the UK using 100% free range pork, oak smoked and seasoned with paprika, nutmeg & black pepper. Our burger and hot dog buns are produced by artisan 'Baker Tom' and delivered fresh everyday. As you can see our food is something we are fiercely proud of. Breakfast served between 9am and 11am Main menu served from 12noon Kitchen closes 9pm Bar open until late
