We visited this very tiny restaurant for dinner while on holiday in Port Isaac. We had the set meal of 6 small dishes brought as and when they were cooked. It was a lovely quaint little place and the food was very different, but delicious. The dishes were very small so not somewhere to go if you're really hungry, but... More

Probably the best fish meal ever eaten. Very laid back restaurant (which is our preference), and each dish exceptional barring one. We had all seven plates (all reasonable sizes) and still had space for the two desserts (a chocolate mousse and a rhubarb with meringue) which also unbelievably good. Can not recommend enough !!!

Having been to Nathan Outlaw's Michelin restaurant we also ate here. The Fish Kitchen as the name suggests serves fish, which we love so will eat most things. They have a tapa's style with fish and we had the fixed menu and enjoyed it all, so much so we have booked to go again next week. Next time we will... More

My husband and i enjoyed a variety of fresh perfectly cooked fishes. The service was excellent, the rhubarb dessert an awesome end to a lovely day of watching Doc Martin filming.

We were looking for somewhere to have dinner and were surprised to find such a fancy restaurant tucked in the small harbour village of Port Issac. The food was delicious but quite pricy - paying a premium for such fancy food but nonetheless a great meal.

My husband and I have just had lunch at the fish kitchen and it was amazing! We had the light lunch taster menu with five small dishes of different fish all cooked perfectly.

We went here for dinner on Friday night and had the vegan tapas which was excellent. as was the smoked haddock. The food and presentation was exquisite and the service was second to none. The building and surrounding port with fantastic views was absolutely perfect. We can't wait for our return visit!! Richard and Jackie.

This is a really enjoyable restaurant to visit. The location is superb, situated right in the heart of Post Isaac in a historic building that is so small that it only seats approx 20. It's small, so make sure to book well in advance! The menu is made up of fish and seafood tapas, that change frequently based on the... More

We went on Easter Saturday for lunch. Had the simple lunch 5 dish menu with wine . It's a fantastic building but please note anybody over 5ft 10 would need to be careful with low ceilings . Very attentive staff. Favourite dishes were the curried haddock and the crispy ling. the cured salmon was very smooth with a beautiful aniseed... More
