Great menu and staff that obviously care that you have a nice meal. Also lovely food - particularly the chowder, mussels and gurnyard

Simple is best. Amazingly fresh produce. Crab, Fowey mussels and hake were all very good and superbly cooked. Friendly with great service. It’s a gem.

The chef/owner is very friendly and comes to explain his dishes to you and ask if you have any preferences. there is a good range of dishes and daily specials, all locally resourced.

Small fish restaurant making a point of sourcing everything locally, I believe within 15 miles. We were a family of 4 and enjoyed scallops and squid starters followed by John Dory and Lemon Sole. All was excellent.
