Absolutely fantastic restaurant, staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. All questions answered and when my partner asked for wine recommendations it wasn’t to much trouble to write them down at the end of our evening. Every dish described, glasses always topped up and napkins replaced...More

It was good to see this type of restaurant open on a Sunday evening, similar establishments in my area certainly don’t. The staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, especially the Sommelier. We had all the accompanying wines and they were very nice. The best courses...More

A great way to spend a Saturday afterternoon having a long lazy lunch. We had the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Overall the cooking was of the highest standard and the service impeccable. A couple of things prevented me awarding a 5 rating....More

We thoroughly enjoyed every course of the 5-course tasting menu, and the matching wine flight could not be faulted. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We’d love to go back there again.

Have long wanted to eat here and we have to say we were not disappointed. Slightly baffled by the fact we were led to a dark far corner when the restaurant was empty, so we asked to be moved. There were 3 empty tables of...More

Had both tasting menu and wine combinations. Food was OK although not always cooked to my taste. The scallops and risotto were close to under-cooked but that could be stylistic. There was a very strange desert where a shot of coffee was added that ruined...More

They are a popular restaurant. We went at a weekend and booking was essential. You might be lucky during the week but I wouldn't chance it myself!
