I really like Boston tea party as their food and coffee is great and caters to lactose and gluten intolerance and it's a lovely vibe! But I was served a girl with short hair who wasn't at all friendly, seemed very grumpy and while not being out right rude gave the impression that she was annoyed by everyone. So I spent... More

Had a great lunch here with my husband. Food was excellent - my husband enjoyed his burger. Lovely place to stop whilst in Bristol for shopping will definitely go there again when we are next in the City. Staff very friendly especially Wes.

Amazing coffee, and don't even get me started on the breakfast. Avocado, creamy scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on sourdough... genuinely the best breakfast I've had in my life. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

No seating for disabled customers which is in breach of the Disability Discrimination Act / Equality Act, and not acceptable in 2016. When you go into the cafe, there is seating upstairs and downstairs, with no lift or ramp. The only seating at ground level is breakfast bar style, which is too high for a wheelchair user, and the chairs... More

I always go to BTP in clifton and on Park Street for their yummy scones and friendly staff. Wandered into the whiteladies branch today and they have some fantastic ginger and cranberry scone. Amazing. Love this place - the food is local and tastes amazing, and the staff are quick and attentive (outside of lunch rush hour but that's not... More

I love the roasted vegetables especially the parsnip, cranberry source topped it off. Best Christmas sandwich I've had this year and trust me I've eaten lots!

Popped in for bite to eat whilst shopping on Whiteladies Rd. Was very busy but when served were told it would be a 30 mins wait for food (prior to ordering), which was ok with us. I had a club sandwich and a breakfast tea, whilst my wife had a burger. Mine was really nice, wife's burger and fries was... More

Went there today for a DIY afternoon tea. We had a slice of lemon drizzle cake that was stale, as all the cakes are left uncovered on top of the counter, just in front of the door that's permanently wide open on a cold autumn afternoon. Followed on by a cream tea, the scone was nice but oddly it seemed... More

Dear HMW88, I am truly sorry to hear of your bad experience with us. We pride ourselves on our cakes and cream teas and our team put lots of effort into maintaining their quality so I am especially disappointed to know that we have failed to deliver on this occasion. Although we do have measures in place to ensure that... More

Description
Boston Tea Party is a small family owned independent cafe group serving simple well-prepared food & drinks made with great ingredients, skill and love. Ethically sourced, affordable, feel-good & excellent quality - made from scratch onsite everyday by people who care about what they do. BTP Whiteladies previous incarnation was as a record shop which may have something to do with its distinct retro feel it has. Lots of comfy sofas, plenty of space & amazing artwork.
