We called in on a cold, February morning for a coffee and cake. The quality of both was extremely and the first floor seating area overlooking Park Street was both quirky and spacious. It is clear to see why the place is so busy and the cafe/restaurant deserves commendation for maintaining its quality over so many years.

I have loved my time at this coffee shop every time I go. Beyond it's great atmosphere and great food - the staff is incredible. In particular I have often been served by Meg - who is stellar in terms of customer service. She seems to genuinely enjoy the atmosphere there while still remaining highly professional and efficient.

This branch of BTP has been one of our favourite spots for breakfast for a long time. However, in less than three months the service has gone from genuinely friendly to surly, the portions are smaller and (this morning) they literally got everything wrong. It is a lot quieter than it used to be but unless they improve the management... More

I really like Boston tea party as their food and coffee is great and caters to lactose and gluten intolerance and it's a lovely vibe! But I was served a girl with short hair who wasn't at all friendly, seemed very grumpy and while not being out right rude gave the impression that she was annoyed by everyone. So I spent... More

Hi, It's great to hear that you love our products and the vibe within the cafe. The most important part of any cafe however is the service and I am sorry that you did not feel that it was particularly friendly from one member of staff. Next time you are in the cafe I would love to have a chat... More

Amazing coffee, and don't even get me started on the breakfast. Avocado, creamy scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on sourdough... genuinely the best breakfast I've had in my life. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

No seating for disabled customers which is in breach of the Disability Discrimination Act / Equality Act, and not acceptable in 2016. When you go into the cafe, there is seating upstairs and downstairs, with no lift or ramp. The only seating at ground level is breakfast bar style, which is too high for a wheelchair user, and the chairs... More

Thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to hear your concerns regarding accessibility within the café. I always go to BTP in clifton and on Park Street for their yummy scones and friendly staff. Wandered into the whiteladies branch today and they have some fantastic ginger and cranberry scone. Amazing. Love this place - the food is local and tastes amazing, and the staff are quick and attentive (outside of lunch rush hour but that's not... More

I love the roasted vegetables especially the parsnip, cranberry source topped it off. Best Christmas sandwich I've had this year and trust me I've eaten lots!

Description
Boston Tea Party is a small family owned independent cafe group serving simple well-prepared food & drinks made with great ingredients, skill and love. Ethically sourced, affordable, feel-good & excellent quality - made from scratch onsite everyday by people who care about what they do. BTP Whiteladies previous incarnation was as a record shop which may have something to do with its distinct retro feel it has. Lots of comfy sofas, plenty of space & amazing artwork.
