We were handled rather than greeted by a woman with red hair and a European accent who aggressively told me that I hadn't booked a table... More

We had booked and advised that we wanted the xmas menu. We were advised that we may have to be seated in the bar as there was a coach party due in and they were uncertain about the numbers. On arrival we were given the A la carte menu and the bar menu. When we requested the Xmas Menu we... More

We were offered a decent break with newspapers before the tea was brought to the table. It comprised decent teapots of hot hot water in which to steep bags from a selection... More

The cafe is attached to the Hilton Garden Inn, where we spent a couple of nights. Lots of options--even cooked to order omelets, which were enormous... More

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea there. Very accommodating and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Food served quickly and all well done. Overall impressed and happy with the visit there. Would recommend for an afternoon tea, close to city centre Bristol.
