We ate at this cute little restaurant, located right by the bay, and had a tasty late lunch which included poutine, focaccia bread, and seafood chowder. The owner is a friendly person, and made us feel right at home. The chowder was especially lovely, with a lot of flavor, and served piping hot. We were there in the middle of... More

Very easy to do, rented 2 single kayaks recently for $20 each plus tax. They supplied the paddles and life jackets but didn't give much guidance or assistance to launch them into the water. They may have assumed we had experience, which I suppose we did :) They provided a map they recommended to paddle into the harbour and Todd... More

As the title says the fish n chip special was tasty and well-priced. Hand-cut fries are a necessity and are well done here. Food can be inconsistent though and service has seemed a little harried on both our visits.

Whenever we have out of town guests, this is the 'go to lunch' place. It can't get any more 'West Coast ' than this. The restaurant is right down on the water. There is a resident grey haron and lots of other sea life to see. The patio in the summer is outstanding . Oh, by the way, the food... More

I really enjoy coming to this little gem of a place. This family works very hard to provide a great dining experience for their guests. A favorite spot for locals. I bring my out of town guests here for the beautiful view, good food and warm and friendly service ! Thank you Diana and the Young family ! Glen Brown

This is a gem! A great spot to drop in for a glass of wine on the veranda, a tasty breakfast, lunch or have a hearty dinner. The menu was interesting and the food does not disappoint. The Chef served a German themed dinner and I completed it with a home made authentic apple strudel. My mouth still waters when... More

We had brunch here on a Saturday. They were offering Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon as a primary ingredient, it was an amazing combination. The hash browns were home made and they had a selection of fruit on the plate. We had Eggs Bennie a few times in our October travels & this cafe did the best job. You are... More

They are friendly and welcoming. We stopped while on a walk in the area. We each had drinks and some snacks. The zucchini strips were great to share. There are plenty of windows with great Bay views.
