Regularly go there for lunch and a Chai Latte . The ere is a great selection of coffees and sandwiches and salads . There is usually a luncheon special .

Every September I stop in for lunch-time soup in this little restaurant linked to the big book store. Never disappointed. But beware - they can run out of their popular soup by mid afternoon.

We enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and pastries. They had gluten free options which is always a plus for me. Nicely decorated looks very clean and well taken care of. Excellent service. We did not have the chance to return last week-end but I will when I visit Picton again.

No free tables at noon.Tried two times to have lunch here with my wife. Lots of tables occupied by one single person with a laptop computer, drinking coffee. So, two times this cafe missed out on us having lunch there. Nice clean place. Nice bookstore too. No doubt the food must be good. Ended up going to Tim Hortons. Sorry,... More

Serving a variety of coffees and other hot drinks, fancy pastries, tasty soups and sandwiches. A short menu but not disappointing. Great spot to meet. Extra room out back for private meetings. Attached to Books & Company, pick up something to read while you lunch!

A charming and spacious bookstore on Picton’s main street with a surprisingly large selection of books and the most amazing selection of jigsaw puzzles I have ever seen. There is a large children’s section in the rear. The place is run by a huge cat who supervises the goings on from a suitable comfy spot on a chair, or even... More

Its a comfortable coffee shop adjacent to an improbably large independent bookstore. I had an expresso and a butter tart, two basics that were ok and bad respectively. The espresso was on the bitter rather than flavourful side, due likely to the superhuman effort expended tamping down the grounds before brewing. The butter tart was plain old bad, relatively dry,... Classic county spot for a morning meeting or chat. Good coffee and awesome staff. They have soy and almond milk if you are dairy free. Big deal for me.

Though construction had ripped up much of Main Street, we found free parking behind, by the burgundy walkway sign beside the storefront. The bakery is deceptively large; I like the fireplace room idea in the rear of the store. Good Canadian wares are sold as well. My husband liked the smoked salmon on Montreal bagel, and the grilled cheese was... More

Take out or sit and relax, reading or visiting with friends. There is a lounge area as well as outside, sidewalk seating. The pastries are to die for.
