This was reasonable food at reasonable prices and very average decor. Bit run down, needs a remodel.

Just got back from Fresgo Inn. After reading the crappy reviews on here, my husband and I were curious how a place could be that bad. I had the meatloaf. There was so much food, it came on two plates: one plate with a healthy...More
I went for dinner from work at approx 350 PM on August 15th, 2018. Ordered Fish and Chips. Music was too loud at the front so I moved to the back, but still too loud because of the base. So the girl at the front...More
We had memories of the old fresgos diner on davie street and thought we'd give it a try. Large portions at an ok price. Not a lot of taste in the meal. Just ok. Burgers and a clubhouse at about $14 each. Cheesecake not as...More
The menu is getting very expensive, and some of the recipes are changing - the fish&chip and onion ring batter is now like concrete, as opposed to the old tempura batter. Take out orders have half as much fries and the ceasar and chef salad...More
Let’s go with the good, the bakery is excellent, it’s mainly breads and cookies and for us always been excellent. The menu has an assortment of full sized dishes. The servings are huge, almost enough for two. The problem is the food. The spegetti was...More
Ordered mushroom burger last Monday evening. The shrooms and onions were good, but the burger was thin and overdone. The self-serve water should have been ice-cold but wasn't. No paper towels in the washroom. Tsk! Tsk!
This place is a bit old and kinda run down, crowd is sketchy at times, but.... the place is clean, the food is cheap, the portions are huge, best of all food is tasty. Great value, good choice.
Family cooking. Old school feeling. Great food large portions. Old school music . Very causal. Breakfast served all day. They do pizzas, subs, stakes, burgers, and pasta . Garvey on the side is a must with French fries . Enjoy
We had some burgers and usually try to pick up something to go from their bakery which has seasonal treats like hot cross buns, etc. at the same price as grocery stores, but better tasting.
