Came with a friend for lunch. Food was decent. Beer selection was extensive. Large screen TV with sports. Quiet enough to have a nice conversation.

We moved into Cloverdale about eight months ago and just happened upon The Henry. We were looking for a quick dinner and decided to give it a try. Since then we have been there a dozen times, and have never been disappointed. Whoever their chef is, they want to keep him. We have tried almost everything on the menu and... More

Great pub in Cloverdale! Food has always been good and the service has been exceptional every time we come. It's St. Patrick's day and it's once again exceptional. Dylan behind the bar made us feel like we've been coming here forever and Gaby, one of the managers is a delight. Happy hour is the best I've seen for prices and... More

Came here because Hawthorne Bistro was closed for lunch. Pub has a Different flare to their seared Tuna salad on quinoa with grilled yam. Great combination! It was lunch hour and the room was dark with bar and bar tables. More traditional bar feel to the place with a more upscale menu. Our servers were friendly and attentive. Didn't go... More

its an upscale public house and rather pretentious, not a favorite but the food is good. Service was slow and the presentation not to my liking. served on a wooden plank, i prefer plates

We went on a Saturday night recently and there was a leak coming from the ceiling onto our table, the bathrooms left a lot to be desired, and just overall not a pleasant experience. Staff for the most part were friendly and quick to make drinks which helped a lot.

We stopped here for supper wanting good food and to watch the world series - both needs were met! The atmosphere was great, the game was playing and the food excellent! My husband and I each had the cheese burger which was amazing!! The house salad was really good as well with surprising addition of watermelon which was delicious. The... More

Visiting The Henry Public House has become a weekly tradition. A big screen TV for every major sporting event with bonus Canuk puck draws make The Henry the perfect place to catch the game. Food, service, easy parking and a very welcoming atmosphere all make this one of our favourite go to spots. Lots of early bird drink specials.

Description
Away with the spotlights, brass poles and dancing girls. The Joseph Richard Group invites you into its newest Public House, The Henry. Old meets new in the heart of downtown Cloverdale, in the newly revitalized Clover Inn. Clover Valley was host to settlers as early as 1872, while the Clover Inn wasn't built until 1978, it certainly has served as a landmark on the downtown strip. With a completely renovated space, signature menu and service we've built our business on, we trust you'll enjoy our addition to the Cloverdale area. Welcome to the new Clover Building. Welcome to The Henry. Let us be your stomping ground, your escape route, your safe haven, your happy place. Stop by to watch the game or join us for a drink (fyi, we've got more than a dozen beers on tap and 25 craft brews to choose from). We have a hunch that you'll be enticed to stay and sample one of our classic pub offerings, all prepared from fresh, high-quality ingredients. More than just a pub, we care about the people in our community. That's why we fundraise for schools and charities, strive to support local neighbourhood food producers and keep our communities out of harm's way by participating in local safety initiatives. Let us be your stomping ground, your escape route, your safe haven, your happy place. And in return, we'll offer you a night you'll remember long after the sun comes up. With our cozy ambiance, top quality fare and cheerful grins, we know you'll be able to kick back and unwind, as if you were lounging in your own living room. Just keep your pants on, ok?
