This is a great place to stop after getting off of the Langdale ferry to relax for a bit or to fill up growlers. Also a great place to go before you get on the ferry (refill the growlers!). There is seating inside and outside...the...selections of beer will keep everyone happy. In addition to having grounds to wander around you can learn a whole bunch about beer making and harvesting hops from the hops vineyard. The food may have been a little over priced...but perhaps creating a unique relaxing/socializing/drinking/eating experience justifies some food items costing more than they might in a regular restaurant. HINT: Go to the pay counter first (middle of the store) and then to the fill counter (closest to the door).More

To be honest ... second choice as the place we intended to go to was closed ... Persephone had a lunch menu and beer - sandwich was good as was the beer. We sat at a table in the field close to the Corn Hole...game. Nice Atmosphere. Price for a sandwich and beer was higher than what I had expected to pay. COVID vaccine verification enforced - Thank You.More

Such a shame. We came on the weekend to check our the brewery. The old woman working the counter was EXTREEMLY unprofessional and rude. My gf ordered a cider, the old lady puts up and says nothing. When she asked is this my cider??? (...they're were many people waiting).... the women replys... " well it looks like cider to me" then walks away. I work in the restaurant industry in Vancouver. I will not be selling or promoting your beer to ANY customers. And yes it's on our menu.. I was so disappointed with the level of disrespect . Sorry to all the people who work hard to create delicious beers and ciders. But if your front line customer service are complete jerks, NONE OF IT MATTERSMore

We loved the setting, the music was good, and the pizza with fresh herbs was memorable! Very relaxing.

Best features - 5 min drive to ferry. You can literally eat and drink and hop on the ferry - local vibe. Stunning flower and big veggie garden. Ingredients likely locally sourced. - get there early on Sunday. Sometimes Only 1 item left if you...go Sunday at 5pm. Not as good - limited menu. Eg 3 items. 1 choice of pizza, 1 choice of taco and 1 other. Suffice as Long as no picky eaters with you. - outdoorsy indoors. Cool on a cold day. - the kale potato pizza. Not good... I’d appreciate just a few more items.More

We had a very good tour of the business. While we were there we had a flight of beer and a pizza. One of the best pizzas if you like wood oven cooked and thin crust you will love this. The apple cider and stout...was our favorite of the flight Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend if you don't drink the beer the pizza is worth the trip.More

Nice relaxed atmosphere and I like how you can sit anywhere if you are chasing the sun in late fall! Had a flight and enjoyed 3 of the 4 samples. Never tried the pizza but definitely will next visit !

We have two border collies and finding somewhere we can sit out and enjoy a drink or meal with the dogs is great. We like the beer at Persephone (why else would we go?) but the big garden with picnic benches makes it an easy...place to visit with dogs or young kids - as long as the weather is good. The food truck isn't always open and is on the expensive side but the pizza is excellent.More
