We were guided here by our hotel. Loved the food, loved the friendly almost family like setting. Highly recommend this to anyone who visits this small town
My wife and I stayed in Creston for 5 nights, and ended up going to the Real Food Cafe for 3 lunches. The food here is fantastic. The service is very good, we highly commend going to the Real Food Cafe for lunch or dinner.
This is a wonderful quaint restaurant that serves locally grown food. It is in the basement of an old house. The vegetables were fantastic cooked but not overcooked. My husband had the fish and chips and loved them. All of the food was well cooked....More
Cozy and Homey. Prompt efficient service. Food was well presented and delicately seasoned. You wont be disappointed.
Arrived in Creston just before 11 AM. Waited for the cafe to open for lunch at 11. Down a flight of steps to enter off 10th Ave. Cozy interior, fine patio in the back. Nice menu choices, friendly service, tasty food. Had the Real Burger...More
This one you should try to visit if travelling through Creston. Excellent menu of simple food choices, mostly locally sourced, prepared superbly, served by helpful, courteous staff/owners. The British style fish and chips probably best ever!
It was asparagus season and the cafe served a soup, a starter and a pasta dish of local asparagus. Innovative, tasty meals which we thoroughly enjoyed.
We have stopped here several times. We we are in the area we always stop for a meal. Great fish and chips. Fantastic slow roasted lamb. Nice local wine list. Dont miss out on the sticky toffee pudding!!
