Our opinion of this restaurant is discussed under our review of the hotel. Food was what is expected at a Relais & Chateau, atmosphere was overdone. It is possible to provide excellent service without overdoing affectation.

The menu is simple but very fancy. Food is excellent! Staff very qualified and friendly. Try the bison meat, simply delicious!

Here one can find non standard food items presented by professional staff. Mary Lou assisted us with wine selection. The dining room is warm and inviting in the evening.

We had dinner for two nights here and both times had a wonderful experience. It's a cliche to say that a restaurant offers "innovative cuisine" or somehow reinvents the wheel. The Hatley Restaurant at Manoir Hovey really does break new ground -- often flamboyantly. I...More
