I was so happy to come across this place. At first I didn't notice because of the flat front, I wish I had known abut this place sooner! I just got something simple. I got the spring rolls and the pad thai. At a previous restaurant I had horrendous pad thai and was looking forward to trying cafe siams dish.... More

Went to Cafe Siam for the first time today for lunch. We arrived and were told they were full, but a sweet lady sitting by herself told the waitress she didn't mind sharing her table with us. Nice start to a great experience. I ordered a Lime and Soda and my daughter order a Siam Kiss, both absolutely delicious. I... More

This is our favorite place to eat. Have brought few different people from out of town, and they are amazed that "sketchy" st. thomas would have such a gem. Menu has great variety and love the fact that they seem to take pride in their vegetables (coming from a meat lover). I do take out on occasional also. Only place... More

New friends who live at St Thomas invited us to try their go-to Thai place. Win! Small and personable. Service staff really helpful. Brought our own wine choice for $7 corkage. The green curry was super and so was the Pad Thai. Will be back to check out more of the menu.

When we first walked in I did knotice it is a small resturant so I can understand that this restrant could fill up quickly and wait times be on... More

Love the fact you can bring your own wine, and pay corking fee. Very quaint environment, friendly staff. Wide menu selection. Large food portions and very reasonably priced. They also offer take out and we have been impressed with the portions. Definitely will return.

Went shortly after 5 pm without a reservation on Saturday and luckily got seated. First visit and definitely come back. The Pau Pia egg rolls are a great appetizer and we followed them with shrimp Pad Thai and chicken Kang Kew Wan. Wow the flavors and freshly made.

The quaint little restaurant absolutely the best. Be prepared to wait a bit as all food is cooked to order. It is small but cozy and well worth the wait.
