Exquisite traditional french menu, beautiful dining room. Found the female/male separate amuse bouche a little presumptuous; however; very capable team, professional and very helpful.

Jean-André Charial joined his grandfather Raymond Thuilier in 1969, at the tender age of 24 and then training with some of the greatest French chefs of the time, including Troisgros, Chapel, Haeberlin, Giradet and Bocuse.
