I have eaten at Atlas many times over the years, lunches or dinners, and have never had a bad meal. Likewise, everyone I have taken there has always been able to find something great on the menu that suited their fancy. It has something for everyone, and always very yummy. Recently we took a friend with particularly challanging dietary issues,... More

I have been here many times and have never been disappointed. Lunch on the back patio is fantastic in the summer. Great food and service and prices are reasonable.

Arrived to the restaurant at 5:30, on a busy Friday night. The restaurant was full, and we were among 10 people waiting for a seat. We enjoyed a beer at the bar where the barkeeper kept us entertained with his sleight of hand and we had a chance to review the menu. In short order we were seated by the... More

We'd heard that cooks here go the extra mile to make delicious food, and I'd have to say that was also our experience. Their espresso leaves a lot to be desired, but then I don't think I've ever seen it advertised specifically as a coffee establishment. So by all means, if you want a great meal, then this is likely... More

Atlas is one of our favourite spots to go for ladies lunches with my sisters and mother. Affordable and delicious with great service! The hummus is to die for and the chocolate cheesecake is #1!

Thought we'd give this restaurant a try after reading all the good reviews..Although the service and meal was good (the nori was delicious) the meal was nothing out of the ordinary. Probably would try elsewhere next time we are passing through!

We were in Courtenay for one night and stopped in at this cafe for breakfast. Excellent! Great atmosphere and great service. Didn't have to wait long for coffee refills. We all ordered different items on the menu and everyone was happy. Great food and presentation. Next time I'm in Courtenay will definitely try this restaurant for dinner.

That may seem like a line but it's true. I eat out at least one meal a day so believe me when I say you have to eat here.
