We visited here as part of a tour day and food and service was great as food had been pre ordered and cooked for our arrival at the resort

We had an excellent lunch on top of the world! The service was excellent. Polite and friendly. The food tasted great and everything came out in a timely fashion. Seafood chowder was the best we’ve ever had. My only complaint would be the cost of...the gondola ride. It really turns a lunch into something very expensive. I almost forgot, the views from the top are breathtaking and something everyone should enjoy.More

This was an incredible venue for a wedding. The food was great service was exemplary, the restaurant itself was gorgeous but the views...absolutely breathtaking!!! Although the skies were abit smoky from all the fires in BC etc, it still was magnificent. My concern though was...safety. We had a number of 2 and 3 year olds and there is only 1 glass barrier in one section. Although there are a number of very large boulders in another section, they were low enough for children to climb and steep drops below. Other sections had no barriers. All in all though, would highly recommend.More

After patiently having waited in the queue for our turn, the hostess proceeded to seat guests that came in after us. At this point, we were told that the restaurant would not accept any further customers. An inappropriate lecture followed upon having pointed out that...it would have been helpful to have known earlier that no further seating would be made available. Mismanagement is one thing, rudeness another.More

This restaurant requires reservations and it is definitely worth the visit. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from every table. We enjoyed a hearty bowl of gluten-free corn chowder, a flourless(GF) chocolate cake as well as a variety of teas. There...were salads, sandwiches and entrees available as well. Our server Joyce was very helpful and patient answering our questions and offering menu suggestions.More

In late March we celebrated my daughters wedding at this restaurant. The wedding ceremony was held outside with spectacular views in the background. The reception was held in the main restaurant and was easily big enough to accommodate the wedding party and guests. The food...was wonderful and the staff magnificent. The only way to or from the restaurant (unless you ski down) is by gondola which takes about 15 minutes from the base. Definitely worth consideration if you want a great, private location for a wedding .More

First the negatives : In order to get to the restaurant you have to take the Gondola up the mountain. Fair , and also fair that there is some reasonable charge. However, in order for our group of four to get to the restaurant the...charge was over $ 150 . This is a rip off. Nowhere does management of Eagle Eye point this out to potential customers. In fact we were led to believe we would get a part of the funds reimbursed. Wrongo! In any event , not professional or customer centric. Now the positives : Lunch was very nice and the views are spectacular , and we even saw a bear! Truffle Fries were very good and so was a Calamari appetizer. The Burger was served on a nice Brioche bun and had excellent toppings. A side salad was also very nice. Beer was cold. So if you can stomach the Gondola cost , lunch is worth it.More

Eeserved for 2 and missed the reservation. Made recommendation to post Mountain Time Zone in their website to the host to assist with out of town traveler. The host was so rude! Really bad customer experience especially driving 3 hours.

We spent some time looking around at the bottom and the views at the top are great so allow plenty of time. If you are running late then a half hour should be good enough and marvel at the views afterwards.
