This place is closed, gone. I wish I could write more, but there's no point! No need to labour the point. The place is defunct. Surely I must have,at least 100 characters by now!

After 7 years or so, the Red Lantern is no more. Unfortunately, no one else wanted to take over the lease, so the landlord has re purposed the building for Fireplaces and Heating.

Every so often, I would pop by the Red Lantern out of desperation at lunchtime. If I got there right at noon, there was a chance there'd be some nice crunchy vegetables and chop suey. But more often, it'd be soggy and overcooked and the...More

The foot was cold and greasy. I expect the food to not be piping hot at a buffet style restaurant, however here it was not the case, it was just plain cold. Also, all the food that I selected tasted greasy and some even tasted...More

This restaurant is an insult to my limited intelligence. I have had better food in developing countries. They do not deserve to be in business. Any type of business lic. here should be revoked.

Where to start... There were cleaning supplies and a shop vac beside our table, though I'm sure the cleaning supplies are never used since the table was sticky. The food was either so bad it was inedible or cold. The server was clueless (not her...More

My husband and I went for carry out near closing time. The food was horrible. I ordered from their new Thai menu. I had green curry chicken. The curry sauce was like water. Tasted like they literally watered down green curry sauce and poured it...More

My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant last week and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. The fried rice was a very dark brown and had very little of anything in it other than rice. The chicken balls were mostly...More

On March 29th, I called the Red Lantern to tell them a group of 25 adults and kids would be coming in for supper within 90 minutes. When we got there, they had a whole section set-up for us with tables pushed together so we...More

Description
12 of us had a reservation for 5 pm then the restaurant started to fill up some. We were first to buffet and went for the cold peel and eat shrimp, there was exactly five shrimp in the bowl. This went on all night and the fact that it's a small buffet with about 15 to 20 items on steam table at least six items were empty at any given time at one point someone came out of kitchen with six chicken balls to put on steam table.THE FOOD IS JUST PLAIN NASTY and most of us agreed. So was the service lousy to the point of no tip.
