Apologies for the bun - I talked to our staff and we don't know what it was. We checked our buns and found them ... normal ? Servers both on a break at the same time ... (I'm an ex -smoker so I can sympathize),...More

Great view but the service is awful. We waited 15 minutes before we were asked for our drink orders and despite being there for an hour, no one came by to take our orders for food. We were told the kitchen was busy when we...More

We spent a weekend in Trenton while we visited Sandbanks with the family. We were 3 families all together and a total of 12 hungry people. We all love food and cooking so eating out is a challenge to find places that meet our standards....More

This is a cute little spot and they have a fabulous waterfront patio. We went for a spur of the moment dinner. Atmosphere is nice. Service was great. But wow - $100 big ones for wings (only 6 wings to a 'pound'???). and the smallest...More

Looking for a place where to grab a bite, this is the right place. Nice atmosphere, they have outdoor tables facing the canal (great view) or comfortable boosts, tables and high bar tables. Server was very friendly; however there was only one person serving the...More

We used to dine here often. Latest reviews were not very encouraging but we decided to stop in for dinner last week - we found the menu somewhat odd in its offerings - with over priced cheese plates and charcuterie platters and we found it...More

I like a good ole pub with a louder atmosphere to instil a sense of community and party feel (somewhat). However, with the kitchen open to the dining area (which looks awesome) it was very loud with objects being jostled, hit or dropped. It detracted...More

Description
Situated in the heart of Trenton, The Port Bistro Pub is located in a beautifully restored historical building overlooking the Trent waterway. In the summer season, there is a spacious patio where you can watch the boats pass. Inside we feature the work of local artists & live music on Saturday nights. Everything is made in house including hand-cut frites, desserts, and all sauces and dressings. The menu changes seasonally. We are proud of our unique beer list featuring local and regional brewers. We offer a comprehensive wine list and a great selection of cocktails and martinis. Additionally, we offer warm, friendly customer service and a fun unpretentious atmosphere that is uniquely ours. We strive to go above and beyond our patron's expectations and make The Port something the community can be proud of. The Port is locally owned and operated. We invite you to join us for some shared plates with friends, a full course meal or just a drink on the patio.
