We were here from out of town & stopped in for a bite. Service was ok... food came out FAST & hot, but after food was dropped off it was hard to track down our server. We both LOVED our apps... the Roasted Pepper & Tomato soup with grilled cheese croutons was so flavourful! Hubby ordered the Under the Sea... More

We've been to Kelsey's many times over the past few years. Generally speaking we've enjoyed the meal and the cheery atmosphere. The staff are attentive and pleasant and the background music non intrusive. However, it seems that there has been some corporate changes. The music level on our latest visit was loud, intrusive and offensive. We're not fans of rap... More

So we decided to go to Kelsey's for a change and were shocked to find it fairly busy but so far behind in serving drinks and food that people were walking out of bar and restaurant. We waited 15+ for a table which wasn't too bad. We only got a couple tables in the bar because the previous people walked... More

My husband, son and I went to Kelsey's last night. We used to frequent it a lot a few years ago but as restaurants have opened closer to our home we haven't been in a couple of years. The first surprise was how quiet it was on a Saturday night. It used to always be full of people and not... More

After a 25 minute wait we were seated on a busy Saturday night. Our drinks were served quickly. Our table appetizer playe came out after a long wait followed again by a wait for entrees and children's portions. We were astonished that our steak and salmon were plated cold along with hot sides. Why would a busy restaurant have such... More

Just left this establishment without being served. Not sure the hostess had a clue as to what was going on. Once we got sat we waited for 20 plus minutes with zero service. Lots of staff walked by but no one bothered to ask if we had been helped. Finally just gave up and left.

Picked a table in the bar and got great service. Ordered the seafood fry up (calamari and shrimp) as an appetizer and it was very overcooked. But I know that calamari is difficult to cook well. I had a Thai stir fry and my wife had a loaded grilled cheese sandwich as mains, and they were both excellent.

Close to hotel , however I personally would not recommend eating here. Alright for a beer & watching sport.

Impeccable service, and great meals for what you are paying. There is a bar side, and a restaurant side, so ghe while family is welcome.

The food was not that great, the service was okay, and abysmal (First and second trip) The first time: (Ira Needles(?), Kitchener) the food was okay, bar food type fare. Not worth going out of the way for, but it was food. Service was fine. The second time, (King St. near Northfield) the food was cold (Salmon with a dill... More
