I avoid going to this Tim Hortons because the staff are not easy to hear over the drive through speaker and they are very busy at the drive through window. I went here for a little while thinking it was me. I started to realize that they got annoyed when I wanted to pay debit and then proceeded to practically... More

This review concerns the Tim Hortons on Willowbrook Dr & 200th. I am Canadian and I have loved my Tim Hortons for years, all of them across Canada. Of recent I have observed a serious decline in quality of product served, helpfulness of staff and most alarming, the general filth, unsanitary conditions and unwelcoming surroundings. What has happened needs to... More

I asked for a sandwich to be made *without* an ingredient. Right next to the register is a sign that says that Tim Horton's will make your meal to your request. The counter person initially refused, then consulted with the fry cook and then took the order and my money. I waited to the point where I was going to... More

My husband and I were staying at the Days Inn in Langley & wanted to get a bite to eat before heading out to visit our daughter. Dropped into Tim Hortons & I ordered a smoothie (which was just enough to get me through until dinner). Their machine was down so I couldn't get ANYTHING cold. Settled for a small... More

Tim Horton's quality keep going bad. Hot chocolate and old chocolate cookies used to be one of my favorites but I don't know for which reason they changed the old cookies to this new crap filled with peanuts. I like peanut but not in these cookies. Anyway, I thought they didn't change the drinks at least so I tried hot... More

Best bet is to use the drive through as the staff seems to be conflicted as to level of importance between customers in the restaurant and in the drive through. Priority given to cars. Washroom usually clean which is good.

A great place to stop, cool off with a delicious, rich chocolate milkshake and we used their great internet service. We very much appreciated the free WiFi internet service, being from out of the country, our phone did not work. It was fast & easy. We tried McD's first with no luck, and since we had such great service from... More

The only friendly person on the staff was the girl that took our order. The one that gave us our food at the counter was rude...some people shouldn't work with the public. The tidbits were good, I did not like my chicken salad croissant, let me rephrase that the croissant was great chicken salad not so much. My husband got... More
