We have been regular customers of Crave restuarant brunch for more than 8 years now. The food is great and the chef (Tony I think) is always quite welcoming.. but most importantly the staff are super friendly and treat us like family. Peter, Jose, Roger, are few names I can remember from the staff and they are all amazing.

We were at a conference, staying at the Sheraton Parkway North. Prior to our meeting on May 7, 2014, we decided to have breakfast at the Spirits Restaurant in the hotel. My wife had toast only, was cold when it finally arrived 45 minutes later. I asked the head maitre'd for just 1 egg benedict, soft with some sliced tomatoes.... More

Our family went to this hotel's restaurant for Christmas dinner. We were being greeted by the staff upon check-in at the restaurant. The banquet hall was not decorated at all and the food was just average. What really disappointed us was the quality of service. The servers were rude and many times we had to request to have our used... More

We were staying at the hotel last night and went to Spirits for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. With only one girl serving the entire room, she was amazing. She (we did not get her name) managed to serve a crowd of 40 odd people without a glitch. All drinks were served on time, the food was very good.... More

The buffet still had lots of food, Hot and cold as well as lots of fruits and cheeses. The chef came out and offered to cook us omelettes or pancakes/waffles.. All was done with a... More
