The place seemed like a smaller fast food place- but the burgers obviously are better quality than your average fast food burger joint. It's nice that they have a gluten free bun. Friendly service.

I tried this chain once before in Bradford but thought after that experience I should give them another shot. Now don't get me wrong the food was okay. But everything comes from frozen. This place is supposed to be a little more upscale than McDonalds. ANd really if you are just reheating frozen food are you upscale?? I think not.

When Hero Burgers first opened, this was definitely one of the best burgers in the city. However, as all franchises seem to do, as they grew, they're food quality went from bad to worse! You honestly couldn't pay me to eat anything on their menu....burgers, chicken....they all suck! MUCH MUCH better options just about anywhere!

Was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn next door and needed some dinner. So I ran (in the rain) over to the Hero Burger place. When I walked in, it looked like it was deserted! There was no one there, not even behind the counter. At first I thought it was closed (it was 5:30pm on a Tuesday) but then... More

I ordered a chicken burger. It tasted nice. The store is clean and staff friendly. They serve Halal Chicken.

Hero claims that their french fries are "fresh cut" but this is not always so. The times I choose to eat fries, I only go for fresh cut. When I asked the manager if they were fresh cut, he said yes. When I pressed him by asking him specifically if they had ever been frozen, he told me they were... More

I come here often for lunch. It's a store front with not a lot of seating, but the burgers and fries more than make up for it. Can be very busy around lunch time, but the staff are great! The bathroom is shared with another franchise next door, so that is a bit of a negative.

Folks please take yourself to Five Guys and you will agree that this establishment may only come close at best to match the taste of a frozen patty from your local grocery store. This place is very average at best and well overpriced! Wish I had taken the time to either skip lunch or brown bagged it that day... my... More
