Had the 2 pc salmon. Seemed very fresh as I kind of didn’t get a very strong taste from it. Option to just buy fish and not buy chips a huge plus for me. As I had already had quite enough chips for the day....More

Best location to have fresh fish & chips. I don’t usually like batter but these guys make a very light batter. We had halibut and Cod with mushy peas. Halibut was the best! We ordered 2 pieces of halibut, 2 pieces of Cod and kid...More

What a great stop that everyone has to do once, despite the line (go early). Not only is the food great - I had the halibut and chips, it is really great sitting by the seaside enjoying the meal. (We were lucky and had a...More

My aunt and I waited for 35 minutes (along with everyone else at the restaurant) for two standard meals worth $30, around 3 pm. The visible kitchen showed slow-moving staff and no compensation, or sincere apology, was offered. When the food is self-serve, bird droppings...More

I have never seen them prepare fish any other way than by deep frying, with a batter. You might check out the Steveston Seafood House on Moncton Street.
