Popular and perennial favourite spot for tourist and locals. Be prepared to wait. Delish fish and chips, outdoor atmosphere and presentation seem to add to the mystique of this place. The food is fresh, light and perfectly prepared. Pricing is in the high side for...More

Pajo's is a take-out with the best fish and chips in Richmond. It can be really busy in summer at Garry Point so we bring our own camp chairs in case we can't find a seat. Their fish cakes are really good, too.

There are 2 Pajo's locations at Steveston. The original location is in the strip, down the ramp. The 2nd location in the park - Garry Point Park on Seventh Ave,less than 10 min walk from the village. Head towards the water.

This Pajo's on the Wharf is the most popular place for Fish & Chips in Steveston, part of the City of Richmond, south of Vancouver. Prepared for long line-ip, but the wait is worth it. We had the 3-piece Halibut, it was very good. Highly...More

July 13 2017. At this time Pajo's is closed due to repairs to the dock access ramp. Check before going.

Went with my out-of-town friends to have the famous fish and chips from Pajo's. It was very good and didn't disappoint. The only reason why I didn't give 5 in ratings is just that there's not much shelter for winter. So, it felt kind of...More

Great fish (halbut) and chips, service friendly and fast. Recommend highly. Some people may find access difficult due to steep acess ramp. Well worth the effort though.

Ate at the Gary Point location twice in May. While the food was excellent, the size of pieces of fish is very inconsistent. We ordered two pieces of Halibut and chips for $18.95. The pieces were quite tiny for the price, then 2 weeks later,...More

3 stars because it's not a good "fish & chips" place if both aren't good. I had the halibut with fries. The fish was good, nice batter but the fries sucked. Friendly quick service. Even with a large line, we were served fairly quickly.

I have never seen them prepare fish any other way than by deep frying, with a batter. You might check out the Steveston Seafood House on Moncton Street.
