The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and friendly. The house wines were of a good quality. Food was fine could have been seasoned a little more.

Welcome to The White Swan, Wighill. We are ideally located between York, Wetherby, Tadcaster and Leeds, as well as being close to the A64 & A1, both of which are just 4 miles away. Making us an ideal spot for a break in your journey, whether you are just visiting or passing through. We only close on a monday, excluding bank holidays when we fire up our hand built clay oven for the best pizzas around! Food is served every day 12 - 3 and 5 - 9:30.(12 -5 Sun) We have a seasonal menu which changes frequently to use whatever is good and in season. We love food, we love the countryside and we love our job. Hopefully all this will reflect in your dining experience and I'm sure it will as we have seen many returning customers in the few short months we have been open. We have an extensive beer garden and utilise this space frequently for events and can be booked for wedding receptions. For more details please visit our Facebook page or twitter or website.
