We visit basecamp whenever we are in town. Recently we were up for a stay and brought along my in-laws. The wait was short, waiter full of friendly enthusiasm, and pizza delicious! If you’re in a Bloody Mary mood, their chipotle Bloody is pretty tasty!

I was a little disheartened by the massive wait list to get a table at Basecamp and the harried manner of the greeters but I’m glad we stuck with it as the pizza, atmosphere and service were very good. Special mention to Noli for making...More

Great pizza. Great location. Live music. (Restrooms near gondola!). Fancy. Real people (families and fanciers of brew) go to Blue Dog Pizza in the Raley’s shopping center a block away.

Try to go during non-peak times. There is usually a wait, but the closer to opening hours...the better your chances at going straight to a table.

Call the restaurant to make sure. I don't believe this is possible, especially on short notice. Of you work with the owner and plan ahead, then it's a maybe

Very family friendly restaurant. Yes, to outdoor seating. They have heating lamps. Yes, to take out. Not sure about the dog but I would think so with outside seating.
