Hmmm, used to be the best in Mae Rim, however, quality has dropped a bit recently. We ordered eggplant, frog leg salad, fish kebab and veal sausages. The garlic was almost raw which gave a very unpleasant feeling. Fish and sausages were average. I prefer fish with firm meat for kebab. It used to offer a fine dining standard, however,... More

Owner is a foresight person. He has started the international school and the organic farm in Mae Rim years ago. The chef was the ancient chef of the Boathouse in Phuket. Taste, deco, atmosphere, service are top there. We usually go there after 19:30 where there is few guests as Thai eat early. Sometimes, we have the place of our... More

Located in Prem International School. Food was delicious at a reasonable price. Come early before sunset, the atmosphere was great. Staffs were very helpful.

My wife and I came for lunch ordered 2 different dishes of fish and a salad. The restaurant looks nice but the food was tasteless. We were the only guests, the lady waitress was not well trained.

Excellent restaurant at Traidhos. Relaxing setting. Ingredients are grown in their own garden. A must visit when in the area.

One of the best kept secrets of Chiang Mai is located just out of Mae Rim. A delightful al fresco restaurant on the water and surrounded by nature, Krapood consistently serves up delicious food, beautifully cooked and presented. Be it a family get together, a romantic dinner or a Friday night barbecue with friends, Krapood is our favourite place to... More

I used to think that I knew the best restaurant in Mae Rim, but then we tried out Krapood ... Krapood does not show up under Mae Rim but under Chiang Mai on Tripadvisor. A genuine pleasure all out ! We had some of the tapas-style starters, and then the green and frog salad. The chef shows that a salad... More

It took us a while to find this restaurant deep in an area called Premburi. It's built by a large pond in a tranquil open space. The looks remind us of a winery restaurant in Australia. This one has its tables put around an open pavilion with a tall roof ventilated by fresh air. The menu is small but well-thought... More
