Was very disappointed. Not a single dish was good. Salad plate was basically all hummus and tahini in various forms. They said it includes tabluli salad but they did not have so just did not give anything until actually complained.
The lamb was hard and...full of fat.
French fries was industrial
This used to be our favourite restaurant however after today , not coming back !!More
We came after all the reviews about the hummus We arrived 3 people and ordered different chickpeas and this is our opinion: 1. Chickpea with Paul - Paul was hard with lots of water mixed with olive oil, we ate a little. 2. Chickpea chickpeas...- lots of chickpeas and some chopsticks - rope, 3. Chickpeas also granules - the delicious chickpeas the berries were cooked too. Too bad a restaurant so fancy and well-known to serve at the end of hummusMore
Abu Ghosh is considered the hummus capital of Israel, in particular this restaurant. So we made a stopover here on our way from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv. We have been positively surprised! Although the service was a bit shy and the interior deserves a revamp,...the food was amazing. Not just the hummus, but also the salads, Baba Ghanoush, and Falafel we had.More
Looking for a feast on Shabbat. Go where the (non-observant) Israelis go: the village of Abu Ghosh and restaurant of the same name. Everything you want: the Salads (too many to count); the skewers; and, the fish. Think of it as a buffet brought to...your table.
