Be Warned do not go here for a meal!! Food very ordinary Sauces like water You only get 1 hr 15 mins seating to arrive order and eat!!!!!! They rudely come and say you have 5 mins left. It is definitely not a place to...go to for a relaxed meal just stuff what you can in in the the time that is left once the meal arrives. THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER PLACESMore

We stopped in to try this pub out for the first time. The food was average pub food. The incorrect pasta meal came out and when taking the full meal back to the kitchen 1 minute later 2 different wait staff blamed me for ordering...the wrong meal. I simply requested to have the correct pasta brought out however they repeatedly told me I ordered the wrong pasta and I would have to pay the difference. I paid the difference as this wasn’t an issue. Not the best experience.More

We were visiting a friend in a nearby hospital and come lunchtime needed a place to eat - the choice was eat street in the local shops or the George. What a fortuitous thing, we chose the George and had a great Pub Lunch. The...Battered Barramundi, chips and salad was a good choice - it came with crispy batter, generous salad and chips to die for!! Certainly we had not expecrted a lotfrom reading previous reviews, but i can assure you this was one of the best pub lunches we have had for some time.More

My family and I had dinner in the bistro on 12/11/19. Whilst the food was quite enjoyable, the location of our table was not. Do not sit at table no 3 if you want to be able to enjoy your food. All you can taste...is cigarette smoke wafting from the smoking area. Even my 4 year old grandson asked why his food tasted like smoke. Not a pleasant experienceMore
