Visited Ambrosini for the first time and it certainly won't be the last. fantastic food, they handled my serious allergy to garlic brilliantly, no fuss just worked through what I would like and adapted it. Staff superb, many thanks to Paul.

Food and service were excellent! Paolo and staff made our little party feel most welcome and were very gracious when I spilled my red wine on the white tablecloth. Will go again and again!
Italian restaurant with lots of pasta and usual dishes. I had seafood pasta that was less than great. Spouse asked for vegetarian and was less than impressed with choices. Deserts however were fantastic
Fabulous dinner. A set menu as a booking for 15 but able to choose from 3 off the main menu. Antipasto to start and could buy dessert and tea or coffee. Service brilliant as was the meal. I personally had the duck DELICIOUS! We were...there until late and they didn't push us out. Brilliant evening. ThanksMore
Very nice homey atmosphere with an excellent selection of dishes. We loved the risotto followed by the duck
Thank you and look forward to seeing again soon Regards Paul
The menu is extensive , the wine list huge . Some excellent Italian wines . Australian too . Service is good , friendly , attentive staff and comfortable seating , a welcoming spot.
There were five of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The quality of food is excellent and we all agreed it was a lovely experience. The staff were lovely and the food divine. Can't wait to come back again.
I have been to Ambrosini's a few times now, but not enough. Last night we went there for.a special occasion and, as usual, just loved the place. From the venue, the location, the family(who have owned Ambosini's for over 30 years) and of course the...food, this restaurant is just faultless. The service from all of the family makes you feel just that. Family. The food is my favourite Italian in Adelaide. The decor and ambience is just wonderful. As can be imagined, we fully endorse Ambrosin's and suggest it is "top of list" for others, locals and those from far away. Well done to all there. A truly terrific experience.More
Being a Friday night so close to Christmas, the restaurant was fully and lively. Service was friendly and prompt. We orders 2 plates of spagetti marina to share as entree. It was very tasty. The veal scallopini was the best I have tasted in a...long time. Definitely will return.More
Ambrosini's is a restaurant that has been consistently good for many years but often forgotten about. We dined with friends and none of the good old fashioned professional service and delicious Italian food has changed. Good to know some things continue to be good.
Great service , food and wine list I can recommend both Gnocchi menu items and the steak is very good . Always a busy place , a very comfortable place for lunch
Thank you for dining with us and look forward to seeing you again soon
We were here on a Wednesday night for a very special celebration. I confess to having high expectations based on the reviews, but left slightly disappointed, even though the company was great. We have probably been badly spoilt by Nonna's amazing cooking, but she would...not have been happy with the pasta being overcooked, and the risotto undercooked, nor would the scallopini have quite met her expectations. The biggest problem of all was the noise issue. It felt as if the restaurant was as packed as ever, with tables and adjacent diners who seemed to be seated relatively close to neighbouring tables. I'm sure glad it wasn't a weekend night!More
We were disappointed that you did not enjoy your meal. Noise levels in restaurants are difficult to control with some dining groups creating louder chatter than others accumulating in a loud atmosphere. I can assure you that the amount of patrons seated on any given...More
We don’t live close to Glenelg and so don’t come to the eastern suburbs a lot. My daughter and I were shopping locally for tiles today and stopped at this family restaurant for lunch. The cauliflower and truffle risotto was the best I’ve ever had...and my daughter enjoyed the gnocchi. It was truly delicious with a reasonably priced wine list. Looking for excuses to come across town to enjoy again.More
Thank you for your compliments and it’s always rewarding for us as a family run business to have positive feedback We look forward to seeing you again soon Regards Ambrosini family
OH!!! This restaurant never disappoints. The food, the service, the atmosphere.....all perfect. Go there, you will be happy if you do.
A favourite on every visit to Adelaide, family run, great food service and coffee! It can be busy, but always friendly and comfortable.
