It's a mix between a bar and a youth pool hall which was great for my kids. Reasonably priced drinks for a holiday town and friendly owners.

This pub no longer serves food in the evening and is very run down, meaning you have to travel a long way before finding a decent pub or restaurant.

We tried to visit here when we stayed at Pontins. There was a large sign outside advertising food. When we asked about food we were told they stopped serving food at 5pm! . Why leave a sign outside if you are not serving, very misleading !

We wanted somewhere that would be suitable for all ages. That's exactly what we got, homemade food at a reasonable price. Everyone ate their food and all bellies were full. It's a local pub with regular customers but don't let that put you off if you want cheap and cheerful.

If you are staying near to this pub, particularly if you are staying in Pontin's; this pub is definitely worth a visit. It has recently been taken over and they were very nice people. The inside is clean and looks nice and the food is reasonably priced and tasty. There are a choice of reasonably priced beers and they are... More

Just to let everyone know that the pub is now under new management with a new restaurant area to eat in and a variety of home cooked food as well as a variety of other foods too. Recently got 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went there after reading some previous reviews here on Trip Advisor. On arrival, our first instinct was to walk straight out again, but we thought we would give the place a chance, especially as some previous reviews had been pretty good. We should have listened to our instincts (and take Trip Advisor reviews with a massive pinch of salt... More
