We came upon this pub by accident as we were driving around the area. They were very warm and welcoming. I have a gluten intolerence and they catered for me with no problem. Had a delicious meal. We would definately go again.

Yes they are. When the was at the Artichoke a customer was there with his faithful friend. I asked the landlady about this and she told me that this dog was a very welcome visitor to the pub. Hope this helps.
