excellent food here - can well recommend the haddock mornay and cajun chicken but all meals excellent - reasonably priced too in enchanting surroundings

This lovely pub/restaurant serves good food amid memories of WW2 airmen who frequented this establishment often their last pint was drunk here.The Lancaster Room is a poignant reminder of those days.The atmosphere is cosy and friendly and the food is great.

Yes, I'm sure dogs are welcome in the bar, as seems to be mostly the case with pubs locally. Meals can be eaten in the bar areas, so no problem if you want a bite ..................... so long as Fido doesn't, so to... More

I have not seen dogs inside the pub, but I believe you could sit outside under a covered area with a dog when it is warm.
