About
If practise makes perfect, then the curries at Curry Mahal deserve an A+. Located on the Station Road in Sidcup, Curry Mahal restaurant has been serving up superb Indian cuisine since 1968, and the recently refurbished dining room is always popular with regulars and local curry connoisseurs. With its contemporary dcor, stylish artworks and buzzy atmosphere, Curry Mahal is family-friendly and has a menu to please even the fussiest food lovers. We highly recommend the Mysore Chilli Chicken lightly buttered chicken cubes tossed with green chillies and yoghurt; the Tamarind Duck served with fresh spinach leaves; and the Birballi Lamb Chops marinated with fresh herbs and barbecued in the tandoori

The entry staff were competent enough. However, midway through service we were served by an imbecile waiter with all the etiquette of a punch drunk Rocky Balboa. His poor attitude was really apparent as his slapped out food down upon the table with the care...More

Ate at this restaurant for the first time late last year and wish we'd found it 3 years ago. Daughter's final months at Rose Bruford so our next visit may be our last. Excellent food again last night, tasty, perfectly spiced, fresh good quality ingredients....More

Our second visit to this restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Lamb Jalfrezi, lots of tender lamb in a lovely spicy, but not overpowering sauce. Very reasonably priced too. We're only in Sidcup occasionally, we'll definitely be back on our next visit

9 of us visited for our Christmas boys night out... What can we say, over priced for nothing special...our recommendation, go somewhere else! Not wanting to be all negative..... nice decor!!! Question: why do they break your popadoms into smaller pieces?
