My son took my wife and I to this wonderful Indian restaurant. Greeted by major domo in full Indian uniform. Photographs of "the Raj" on walls. Superb Indian food the like of which I have never had before. Service superb. A memorable evening.

Used to be a fairly decent night out but now it's just a curry house nothing special and last time I had an insect in my food and the bell end waiter got the hump because I told him - not going back

We visited this Indian as four couples. The bar area was fantastic and lively along with the dress of the waiters. Actual food was over rated really. You pay for the building you are eating in and the staffs dress code. Wouldn't go again.

Attentive service, a large menu. We each chose different dishes but all without exception were delicious. Really authentic high-end Indian food that compares well with the best restaurants in Mumbai or Kolkata.

Have not been to Tamasha for some years, but it was just as good as I remember! We started with peri peri calamari, which was so tender and perfectly spiced. Then we followed that with a beautiful leg of lamb dish and a succulent chicken dish, which provided just the right kick! The service was impeccable. Decor beautiful, cozy and... More

I had heard good reports about Tamasha so decided to treat a couple of friends to celebrate my birthday. Starters were very good but then things started to go wrong. The poor English language skills of the waiters meant they did not grasp what was being said - so my friend gave up trying to explain that he had been... More

Bold statement in title, but in personal experience it's true. Food is quite amazing. The staff very formal and professional. The decoration like India in Victorian times. Bad news....it's not cheap! But go as a special treat, you won't be disappointed.

Stayed for two nights as part of a wedding party. The staff are the most unhelpful I have come across in a long time. Breakfast is served 7am to 8am because "builders like breakfast early." BUT no changes are made at weekends when builders don't work and leisure guests may want to eat later. There was nothing said except this... More

Light and airy Tamasha is a corner of Bromley that will be forever India. Ceiling fans swish over the restaurant's rattan chairs and photographic records of the days of the Raj, while the cuisine displays a similar dedication to the regional tastes of the subcontinent. There is live music during the week, with entertainment for the kids on Sundays. The bar is a haven for fans of cricket, with memorabilia that includes Sir Vivian Richards' signed bat.
