We were a Christmas lunch group and I and several others had a poor meal... I will certainly not be going here again.
Excellent food.... Glamorgan Sausages to start with red onion chutney. Great. Steamed haddock on fresh tagliatelle with a tomato pasata with parmasean crisp. Excellent. Chocolate fondat tart with basil icecream. Divine. A lovely setting and really friendly attentive staff. We will be back. Thank you very much x
We stopped for lunch here on a long journey. The food was really excellent across the board and the staff friendly and helpful, taking trouble to ensure the comfort of our elderly companion. Overall recommended!

Relatively simple menu and certainly cant be considered as "exotic" but what is served is wonderful! Nicely furnished and a comfortable place to eat. Most of us had the mushrooms on toast for starters, this was very tasty but very expensive at £7 for... More

Today September 25th, my husband, myself and my daughter and her husband visited the Raglan Arms for the first time. We were all absolutely delighted with the whole experience. A warm welcome, efficient staff and wonderful food all made our visit most enjoyable. It will be a pleasure to return here in the very near future.
We dined here on a Saturday evening with my son and his wife. I don't believe in slagging off anywhere that I visit, and I like to think that by and large I give a balanced view. A further difficulty is that whilst you may have an initial impression, often it pays to give a bit of thought to the... More
