Wonderful pastry shop!!! I was attracted by the scent that could be smelled from outside the shop... when you enter you are greeted by the very kind owner and lots of tempting sweets.
The products are excellent, simple in their recipes but very tasty. Definitely an unmissable stop during a visit to Burano!

I walked past and couldn't resist once I had seen the window display. Biscuits in Italy are so good. I just picked anyone as my breakfast. My god it was delicious. I could have eaten a few but restricted myself to the one. So homely and comforting with a nice sort of almond flavour. The lady that served me was very nice.

The owner was kindly gave me a large Biscotti taste it and he said his Biscotti’s can keep it for a year. I bought three bags of Biscotti's at the end. He seems honest.

I really enjoy such places. I believe that it’s a real family place with history. The dolce is sweet and welldone. If you want to bay a real Burano’s cookies you have to go here

I walked in this mom and pop bakery boy mistake. It was a good mistske because the owner makes some off the best Burano biscuitts. I also bought some various pastries. They were very fresh. The essi's or Burano biscuitts were better with coffee .

We stopped in this bakery when visiting Burano. The owner/operator was such a nice fellow and welcomed my family into his shop and walked us through all the treats he had to offer. We had the Essi <sp> cookies in multiple shops on the island but this bakery was by far the best.

We stopped and bought a bag of the 'essi' biscuits which were delicious, as well as a couple of other types from the counter. Run by a lovely man who is so friendly, all the biscuits we tried were delicious. Stop by and try them out!

A friendly Baker smiled at us and welcomed us in his Bakery. For one or two euros, he/she could buy any pastry, roll or bread. We bought almaretto and coconut macaroon cookies. His pleasantness made an impression

When we were on Burano for our stroll, I was into the vegan gelato at Dai Fradei, but my wife's interest was in getting some of the typical cookies from this place.
As I recall we were getting to be low on cash that day, but we had enough to get some packages of cookies so that we had something to munch on for the rest of the week. And the guy who runs the shop, who speaks little if no English, is nevertheless just wonderful - very friendly.

Had read the reviews and taken a screenshot to find this lovely bakery on Burano. The owner was thrilled when I showed him he was on trip advisor and even posed for another picture. The cakes are all gorgeous and very reasonably priced. Just right for a snack in the sun whilst you enjoy the views on this amazing island

The friendly guy behind the counter had us at hello! We knew right away he has been doing this for a long time and whatever he makes would not disappoint. After asking about a few things in the display case, we got a few different cookies. We had a full stomach from lunch but decided to take one bite of everything in the bag. We went back for seconds immediately before boarding the ferry back to Venice! His prices and cookies are 100% better than two places we had tried in Venice. Drop by if you are in Burano!

We have visited the island of Burano on October 2017 and we found this little gem on Burano. You will find here one of the best biscotti you will ever eat in Italy. They are called essi and they are really delicious. We tried also Veneziana and other pastry with chocolate but essi remains our favourite.
