We popped in here to warm up on a cold January day after wandering around beautiful Burano. It's a lovely little local osteria so you can drink and/or eat snacks standing up at the bar or sit down for a meal. Clean, bright and friendly. Welcome respite from the cold, although I bet it gets busy in the summer.

We walked in for a coffee and maybe some lunch. The owner told us that for coffee we had to stand at the bar, eventhough there were plenty of spaces to sit. I.e. He would not have lost out on any other potential clients. Seeing the he won the 2015 TripAdvisor award and since we are in Italy, 2 simple... More

A day trip to Burano and you easily end up at lunch time... Of course there are plenty of tourist traps, but this place is surely not one. Very small restaurant along the canal, with two tables downstairs and some 6-7 more upstairs, this is all. The fish was fresh and nicely cooked, the service was attentive and nice, all... More

This little place seemed attractive from the outside - not appearing like a typical tourist trap - and was cosy on the inside. After the warm greeting, the restaurant did nothing to win us over. The lone waitress/barista seemed little more than bored and while we had no complaints about the speed of the service or the portions, the food... More

I was referred to this Osteria when visiting Burano. It was an excellent choice. This local restaurant is busy for a reason delicious local food and service. The servers Asia & Nicole were wonderful! They handled the crowd/ seating extremely well. There meal suggestion was spot on gnocchi with tuna was yummy. Thank you for the good experience! Ciao Roberto

Not a bad location. Grilled seafood good but a bit salty. Gnocchi sauce bland. Wine reasonably priced. Staff looked bored. Credit card machine not working, so had to toddle off to cash point.

The prawn ravioli and fried seafood were very nice. The restaurant is close to the centre of town but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. There are about 8 seats outside which is the best place to sit if you can get a table. The waitresses spoke enough English to be able to communicate options... More

Very Polite and friendly staff. We have enjoined various plates of pasta with sea food on the uupper floor. The decoration of the place was nice and traditional. For 2 persons: 2 pasta dishes, 2 glasses of wine, water around 50 euros. I recommend it.

The location is great! especially if you can snag a table outside. The food was great and a lot of it. If the staff spoke better English things would have run smoother. But really. no complaints! We had a very nice relaxed lunch which cost us with beer and wine 80 euros

We stopped for drinks at this cafe and sat at one of the few tables overlooking the canal outside. Reasonably priced menu and altogether an enjoyable experience.
