Definitely worth a visit if you go to Burano. Excellent traditional, Italian food, topped by great service & lots of prosecco while sitting in the sun. Staff could not have been more professional or helpful. What a relaxing lunch. We all felt it was the best meal / experience of our trip. We will be back. Loved the champagne box... More

Family owned and working the restaurant. The food was amazing and after many days in Venice, this is hands down worth the boat trip over. We discovered this place after speaking with a local about where to find the most authentic food, we found it. All items are made by the family and everything to the desert drinks was delicious.... I know Burano can be a bit touristy, but it's still a very special place. I hadn't and won't see anything like it. The colorful buildings and the friendly people. Just a very cool place. This restaurant was excellent. I was very sick and had the best Tuscan soup EVER! It's the only thing that made me feel better and... More

I have been in Italy more than 50 times and Italy ranks first for me for culinary pleasure (and I travel a lot all around the world). This restaurant was one of very few disappointments I had in Italy: a drab pasta that was heated as a leftover in a microwave, way too expensive. I really felt like a stupid... More

The request to our tour guide was simple: "Can you recommend a local, down-to-earth but excellent restaurant for lunch?" Without hesitation, she asked us to turn around and pointed at the "Trattoria da Primo." We took a table outdoors where the sun was shining with not a single cloud to be seen anywhere. Surrounded by pastel colored houses and strolling... More

My daughter found this restaurant from tripadvisor. It had good ratings, so we had lunch here even though we ate ice cream crepes not long before. The menu was expensive for a Trattoria restaurant with 15 euros for spaghetti carbonara, but it was much better than the food in Venice. The waitress was amicable and offered to make arrangements so... More

We only wanted a simple lunch of grilled fish, and boy did they deliver. Whole sea bass and sole grilled in the kitchen and filleted expertly table-side, together with grilled vegetables (aubergine, courgette, carrot and onion) and chips. It was relatively quiet, being off-season, but sneaking a look at other tables in this deceptively large restaurant leads me to believe... More

We stopped here while on a day trip to Burano. We didn't know where to eat, so we checked some quick reviews before walking in to this place. We were warmly greeted. Our waiter was friendly and offered some great recommendations. The food was excellent. The crab meat pasta was one of the best things we tried on this trip.... More

OMG...I had the just caught fish, prepared at the table. Now I can't have it back home because nothing compares. My partner had pasta. Also spoiled. Wine suggestion came from the owner, local vineyard, can't compete with what is at LCBO. Coffee and desert!!!!! We seriously discussed purchasing a property close by just to become a local and eat here... More
