During our trip to Burano, I was desperate to find a place that did delicious ice cream. To be honest, a few places in Venice mainland and Murano, did not give us the best ice cream. However, when we found this really well stocked gelateria, we were immensely happy.
Lots of choices, and out of the four flavours we both tried, we were satisfied and then some.
The attached shop has a seating area and sells all sorts of treats.

It’s really good ice cream here. Very nice staff . You can also bay some food or souvenirs here. My 3,5 years old daughter was happy to eat chocolate ice-cream

When visiting Burano we had a stop here for a gelato and they were fabulous. The gelatos were reasonably priced. Busy shop with fantastic selection of gelato and a great selection of souvenirs.

In the center of burano, can't miss the shop which seems nice but ice cream is mediocre at best, small when comparing to what you get in venice.

Great place for dessert after lunch at Trattoria da Romano; the servers were great, the gelato delicious as we walked along this beautiful town! Amarena is a must!

Along with Gelato Fantasy and Suso Gelatoteca in Venice, Dai Fradei has the best vegan gelato in the Venice area. What sets them apart is the variety of offerings they have - I had peach bellini and chocolate, and oh my stars, it was amazing. Creamy, rich, tangy, sweet. Just fantastic. And since Dai Fradei is along the main route on the island from the vaporetto quai to the Lace Museum, it is not hard to find.

Be sure to get your ice cream here. Although it looks a bit weird from the outside and the do offer a magnum somewhere in the store, they have home made traditional gelato as well. It tastes delicious and I recommend chocolate fondante and maron glace.

We came in here as they sell typical Venetian cookies and have great ice cream. It is on the Main Street and very easy to find
