We went to noon and ordered the long tasting menu. If you're a good eater, fine, if not, you're worth the short. The truth is that gastronomy, besides being something totally different in the area, is a great advertising of the Extremaduran product. Great raw material, made with care, taking care of the quality of the dish, presentation and service. In the case of the gastronomic menu, dishes are of the chef’s choice, but all are at their best. The menu is totally dynamic being a different experience each time. It is one of those places that give value to everything around it and that are worth going to just for enjoying its gastronomy. Definitely 100% recommended. We'll be back!!!

Magnificent gastronomic experience! Restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere where they offer typical dishes of Extremadura cuisine with other cuisines and sophisticated preparations with a product of unbeatable quality. We tried practically the entire menu and loved everything. The service is fantastic: they recommend with good judgment and during the service they explain the dishes and all their nuances in detail.
A luxury to have such a space in Extremadura and at such a reasonable price.

Phenomenal! We loved it! We tried the tasting menu on Saturday at lunch and it was great. Everything was delicious, the attention was wonderful, they explained each dish to us, nothing rushed, careful decoration, very welcoming, friendly service, dishes prepared with care, surprising flavors...The ensaimada and the tuna were spectacular! Highly recommended!

Unbeatable experience.
In the establishment each element is cared for and has meaning, always referring with small details to the tradition and culture of our region.
Good attention from the staff; They recommend you and tell you every preparation of the menu in detail.

A spectacular dining experience. Exquisite food with an elegant presentation. In addition, it merges indigenous products with products from other countries without forgetting their temporality.

A restaurant you will always want to return to. The atmosphere of the place is spectacular, very well decorated, with a lot of love and taste. Very good service, very attentive, answering questions and explaining each dish they serve in great detail so that you know what you are eating, the work and the detail that goes into it. And finally... The food. We tried many different dishes, each one better, more elaborate and more beautiful. The zorongollo and the pickled bonito are two outstanding dishes but the Iberian feather... Plays in a totally different league, without words how tender the meat was and that particular flavor with the Peruvian sauce.
Any dessert you decide to have will be a sure hit.

A wonderful gastronomic place. Excellent food, avant-garde dishes, based on Extremaduran products, spectacular service, quiet and very well decorated place. Highly recommended, it is mandatory to order the ensaimada stuffed with potato, a mix of incredible flavors.

I recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner if you are in the area. Food with products from the region, in each dish they explain everything that goes into it, they take great care in the presentation of the dishes and the customer service is exquisite. Without a doubt I will repeat.

Spectacular, spacious, bright place. During the meal we were very well served and the quality of the dishes and wine is on par with any Michelin star. Very cheap for the exquisiteness AND the good taste with which it is made. The restaurant is highly recommended for people who like to eat well.

Several friends went for dinner and we were able to enjoy an incredible experience. We were surprised by the interior of the restaurant with an open, beautiful and bright space. Food is a pleasure for the senses and the importance that Extremadura takes on the entire menu, from starters to desserts but also in its wine list, should be appreciated. The treatment was a luxury since the chefs approached me on several occasions to describe their preparations. A true pleasure that I hope to repeat sooner rather than later. All the luck in the world to them.

Spectacular food, everything you order is something new and surprising, but if something is incredible it is the croquettes... The best. The meats are in another world, they have delicious flavors. Of course the place and the attention of 10, they explain all the dishes perfectly and when you eat them the explanation makes complete sense. Of course I can't forget the desserts, the cheesecake is something from another world, even the coffee tastes different. The price of course is in line with the food, I will go again 1000 times more.

A spectacular, pleasant place with a unique gastronomic offer. We tried a tasting menu and were very happy. Very good value for money for the sensory experience that you get in each dish and the journey through its history under the motto "Back to the origin". The place and the treatment are unbeatable. We went to Macarraca to eat with the family and we left very happy. It is a restaurant with unique food based on traditional Extremaduran cuisine, all with local products and native breeds. We were very surprised. The room staff is super attentive and professional.
We ordered croquettes, zorongollo (it's like a salad), the grilled ensaimada and Iberian pluma. All delicious. Desserts are a must, brutally delicious cheesecake and peach puff pastry.
We will 100% return to try other dishes.
