The food was delicious and service friendly and attentive. We shared pizza, arancini and the Roman chips. The pizza had a super thin base with the best crusts. A must visit for an authentic Italian pizza. Can’t wait to visit again and try more.

Amazing service, friendly staff, and perfect Italian food. We have been many times and since I got the Calzone Fritto I have never had anything else. It is a traditional dish from the chef's home town which he personally came out to tell us about...and see what we thought when there was a quieter period and it is better than any of the food I had on a trip to Rome. If you ever want real Italian food in Perth this is 100% the only way to go.More

The attitude us atrocious like they're doing you a favour. Cook throws things without care, flabbergasted to be told that they can't take EFTPOS payment as they're stupid new machine only has paypass!!?

We are absolutely gutted after visiting the Whitfords dough pizza past night for our parents 32nd wedding anniversary. The service and professionalism was outrageous, the staff behind the bar yawning every second after telling us they had ran out of 3 mixers for 3 cocktails...on the menu... When we finally got a cocktail it was literally like petrol, we had to get a mixer to mix it down.... there’s no one that can make cocktails here. Secondly we got the starters to see one was missing and then was decided to be told half way through “oh we didn’t have the eggplant one” great! Finally after ordering 2 seafood marinara pizzas which has a different name on the menu, they came as a Tomato based pizza. We questioned this and was told you ordered marinara the man quoted smugly “in Italian it means tomato” forgetting we elaborated sea food before hand.. to top this off our bill was $300 with no apologise or discount ect, I will never visit this restaurant for as long as I live...More

Big thanks to the team for creating such lovely food last night. Nothing was too much trouble and our request for the food to be made vegan was not a problem. The team simply requested the order to be sent through prior, and anything on...the menu will be made vegan or vegetarian. Absolutely delicious food and really made a great lock-down birthday party.More

We visited on a Tuesday lunch time. It was quiet, with only two other tables. We were served quickly and the food came out soon after our order was taken. We had Arancini, Calamari, Polenta bites, Pizza and and garlic bread as well as a...salad to share between 4. We took home our salad as we were too full. The pizza and garlic bread were beautifully light and crispy, the calamari was cooked to perfection (perhaps a little salty), and the polenta bites and arancini lived up to expectations. There was a decent wine list and lots of options for dessert. We'll be back.More

Bad example of how to manage a restaurant at peak time is our current experience of this place. It took nearly 10minutes for the table we were at to be cleared from the remnants of a previous diner, and then it took nearly 40 minutes...from our order being taken to the time that it was delivered to the table. In the meantime, 2 simple drinks, one a beer from a fridge, and the other a standard spirit, took just on 25 minutes to be placed on our table....keep in mind, still waiting for our order. The pizza arrived but it was so soggy, it was actually dripping a watery substance. It was undercooked in the middle and kept breaking apart when trying to eat it. The pricing of the menu was not unusual, but that pricing would relate to better service, and better food and drink. When it came time to pay for the meal, one has to go inside the restaurant and pay at the counter. Reasonable enough, right? No so, when the payment taker is the owner and she just wants to have a private chat with another customer for just over 5 minutes before accepting payment from that person. I was next and my payment was accepted in just under 30 seconds!! The wait staff are wonderful and tolerant people, the cooks are under the pump and producing food as quick as they can in the small kitchen, but management needs to lubricate the mechanism in a more ordered manner. The cocktail maker was serving drinks and taking meal orders and another waitperson was clearing tables and also taking orders, ending up in both of them trying to take our order as they weren't aware of what the other person was doing. As I said, they were wonderful people doing their best, but management needs to take a better perspective of managing the place to be fully successful.More

My work friends and I ordered 5 pizzas to be delivered to our office on a Friday, thinking that it would be a great idea having some good pizza delivered instead of going out for lunch. BIG MISTAKE. Pizzas arrived super late and by the...time they had arrived we were starving... And then, when we opened the boxes, we could not believe what has actually been delivered to us. Pizzas (which were $18 per pizza!) had no topings and were missing elements, they were soggy, they were just insulting, unfortunately I have to say. Photos will say more than my words. We messaged the pizzeria, however we have not received any response. I don't think I was ever this disappointed with any food in Perth.More
