WHAT A GREAT TAVERN

We are staying in Mission Beach and went for a drive to see Tully Heads and Hull River today. Popped into Tully Heads Tavern for lunch and was very pleased we did. We both had the pan fried Red Emperor, chips and salad. The fish was excellent, the chips perfect and a nice little side salad accompanied the meal. Price was very reasonable. And to top it off, their Seppelts house chardonnay was outstanding. And again reasonably priced. The setting, decor and building is first class and well worth a visit. Mine host and his very friendly team added to a great lunch. One of the best overall pub lunches we have experienced. Do yourself a favour and visit TullynHeads Tavern if you are in the area 👍👍 Rod

Unexpected find in the wilderness.

Unexpected find… …stayed at Tully Heads caravan park for a few nights by accident and visited the Taven a few times. The owner and venue couldn’t be more relaxed and the owners wife also works and cooks in the kitchen and fair to say, they are onto a winning formula. Sometimes, the most unexpected finds are ones you are not looking for. Met a bunch of locals, ate some good food and enjoyed the totally relaxed atmosphere. A rare find. Don’t change.

We have been to the tavern and the atmosphere is great. We had pizza and it was awesome. Give this Tavern a try when in Tully.

Perfect location, atmosphere, food and service!!

Great location, great atmosphere, Great friendly management and beautiful , reasonably priced food. Nothing at all to fault here - we stayed in the area for four days and made sure we called in here each day for a quick cold drink and a couple of lunches We will be back without a doubt

Tavern has a beautiful setting, friendly staff and magnificent food. Food is very reasonably priced and very tasty. Highly recommended.

Great food at an affordable price. The new owners have definitely improved the menu by bringing in international dishes. I have been here on multiple occasions with the new owners and it was an enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere.

Great little tavern tucked away Friendly owners (only recently taken over), very clean and well presented. GREAT food that is very reasonably priced!! Can’t go wrong!! Love it!!!
