I was at Initiale for a business dinner. We were given a table large enough to be comfortable and in a quiet corner for conversation. There is nothing worse than a loud restaurant when your meal is also a meeting. This was an excellent choice...More
Went there a few times for lunch. As it is close for lunch, we went for dinner. The hostess (Rolande the Chef’s wife) is more than excellent and the service outstanding...the food original, and excellent too. The best restaurant in Quebec City, nothing less!
