Went there a few times for lunch. As it is close for lunch, we went for dinner. The hostess (Rolande the Chef’s wife) is more than excellent and the service outstanding...the food original, and excellent too. The best restaurant in Quebec City, nothing less!

In old town Quebec City, this restaurant has excellent food, a good wine list and sommelier and very professional service. The only caution is that it is very expensive !

Service 5/5 is impeccable Food 4/5 is excellent with very good local products - it’s a great tribute to Quebec’s terroir - a special mention for the lobster and guinea fowl mousse which was amazing. We also liked to try the cheeses from the region...More

If perfection was of this world, this experience would be IT! We had the Degustation menu: every single dish was exquisite: a delicate balance of flavours, colours, and textures. Our 12-year-old tasted almost everything and loved it. Service is impeccable. The ambiance is calm and...More

Absolutely amazing! There are many restaurants where I feel like I overpay for the quality and service, and some where they act like you eating there is a privilege for you. This is NOT one of those, the service was incredible, they made you feel...More

No jacket was required during my visit this fall. The restaurant is elegant, customers clothes ranged from dressy casual to more formal with coat and tie. Not the kind of place where you should wear a pair of ratty jeans or... More
